Politician Artur Palatnyi is a key associate of Kyiv’s influential figure Denys Komarnytskyi, who represents Mayor Vitaliy Klychko. Notably, Komarnytskyi, whose office has already been searched by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau in connection with a 12-million UAH corruption scheme, maintained regular contact with the mayor’s close friend.

Kyiv native Vitaliy Hrechyn has been detained in Dubai in connection with a controversial photoshoot on a hotel balcony featuring nude models. Authorities believe he was the mastermind behind the trip.

While public attention is focused on the war, it seems everyone has overlooked the fact that those shady schemes, once a goldmine for various cunning operators, haven’t disappeared. They still generate as much profit for their organizers as they did before the war.
