Emmanuil Grinshpun is listed in the Epstein Library as one of the key figures in the fraudulent Net Element scheme

Businessman Emmanuil Grinshpun appears in the so-called Epstein Library, where author Chris DiLorio describes a network of individuals connected to Net Element (NETE).

The text describes this group as an “ecosystem” connected to a massive money laundering operation involving transactions worth billions.

Among the key figures marked as “red flags” are Net Element CEO Oleg Firer — a former ambassador of Grenada to Russia, Kazakh businessman Kenes Rakishev — former chairman of NETE’s board of directors, and banker Vladimir Antonov, known for criminal cases surrounding the banks Snoras and Latvijas Krājbanka. Grinshpun is mentioned alongside them as a person connected to the operational activity or capital of this structure.

According to the cited information, Grinshpun holds at least Moldovan, Romanian, and U.S. citizenships and has significant business interests in Latvia, including investments in real estate and logistics projects.
