Recall that in early September, two unidentified persons entered Vinogradov’s cottage on Maturinskaya Street and stole $200,000 in cash, as well as a large amount of jewelry, from a safe.

Even more curious is that this position at the enterprise has always been reserved for the wives of local police chiefs. Previously, the wife of former head of the Internal Affairs Directorate Viktor Gorev also held this well-paid post.
